TERMS OF SERVICE

WHAT I WILL DRAW:
Animals, anthros, monsters, humans [still learning tho, be careful!], simple backgrounds, nudity, gore, horror
WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:
fetish art, porn, hateful imagery, illegal stuffKeep in mind I have the right to refuse drawing a thing for you without stating a reason of such decision.

1. Method of payment - paypal [[email protected]]. Payment has to be done through an invoice [I will send you one] or through goods and services.
2. I will work on your commission after receiving the payment. The payment can be split in half - 50% paid at the beginning of my work, and another 50% when I'm finished with your artwork.
3. I can do major edits to a drawing during the sketch phase - I will send you a sketch of your commission while making it. After that, major changes [that aren't caused by my mistake] will require a fee.
4. Refunds are available only before I start working on a commission.
5. You may post the commission on your social media with credit. You can use the commission for your personal use. Commercial use requires additional fees. I own the rights to the artwork I made for you and may use it as an artwork example, on my websites, etc.
6. I need a clear visual reference sheet to draw your character. Drawing from a description will require an additional fee [+10 USD]
6. You're not allowed to use my art as NFT or in AI programs. I will not make art of NFTs or AI generated images either.
7. I will try to finish your artwork as fast as possible, however keep in mind that my private life may interfere and the waiting time may be longer.

SKETCH
A simple. sketchy artwork without many details.
Bust - 10 USD
Halfbody - 15 USD
Fullbody - 20 USD
+ 5 USD for complicated designs

SIMPLE BUST
A simple bust of your character.
20 USD
+5 for complicated designs

SIMPLE HALF/FULLBODYHalfbody - 40 USD
Fullbody - 50 USD
+10 for complicated designs

DETAILED BUST
A polished and shaded bust.
40 USD
+10 USD for complicated designs

PAINTINGS - BUSTS
Base price: 100 USD, can go up if the design is particularly complicated.Keep in mind that the waiting time for such is usually extremely long, minimum one month up to a year [depending on how busy I am IRL].*On rare occasions I may be willing to do a painting of a scene, the base price of such is 500USD. *

Hi! You can call me Wath, Fish, or Void/Voidi, I'm a hobbyist - didn't get any art education, I'm self taught. I come from Poland - feel free to write to me in Polish and English! I am a tiny nature obsessed person, I love learning about flora and fauna. I collect bones, rocks, and anything that will catch my eye.
